  1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
    Dogs (breed restrictions), cats, fish, birds. Anything else has to be approved by the office.
  2. How many pets may I have?
    Up to two.
  3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    Pet rent is $25 monthly for 1 or 2 pets, then there is a one-time non-refundable pet deposit that is 25% of your first full month’s rent.
  4. What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    Yourself and a valid ID.
  5. What are your fees and monthly charges?
    No additional fees other than rent, pet, water etc. We do not have any amenity fees.
  6. What are the income and credit qualifications?
    There are no credit score qualifications. However you can't owe another property or landlord any money and you do have to make 2.5x the monthly rental amount of the unit.
  7. What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?
    The employment verification form we send to your employer unless otherwise stated at time of application.
  8. What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
    You can continue on your own if you qualify alone or you may find someone else to take their place.
  9. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    If you are denied for any reason your full refund would be refundable. Otherwise you have 72 hours in which you can cancel in order to receive the full amount back. If you cancel after 72 hours you may get up to half of it back it.
  10. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    There is a $250 charge to break your lease for any reason.
  11. Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
    Yes.
  12. What utilities are included in my lease?
    All utilities are separate and are the responsibility of the resident.
  13. How long is the term of the lease?
    All prices listed are for 12 month leases but we do offer 6 and 9 month as well which increase the rent by $10 a month.
  14. Do you accept leases for short terms?
    6 months is the shortest term lease we offer.
  15. Am I required to have renters’ insurance?
    We do not require it but we do strongly recommend it.
  16. Do you offer furnished apartments?
    No.
  17. Do you offer corporate apartments?
    No.
  18. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    You may call, email or come into the office to put in a maintenance request.
  19. When is my rent payment due?
    Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
  20. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    After the 5th you will be charged a $30 late fee for any outstanding balance of $100 or more.
  21. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    You can pay with check or money order to our office or through our RentPayment website.
  22. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    We have a secure drop-box next to our front door or you can pay online at RentPayment.
  23. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted?
    You can have a guest stay with you for up to two weeks.
  24. Do you have reserved parking?
    No.
  25. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    In any designated parking area.
  26. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    Yes.
  27. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
    Satellite cannot be attached to the building in any way. The stand must be free-standing on your deck or near your unit on the ground.
  28. Do you have cable services?
    We do not provide cable. Residents are free to choose whichever provider they prefer.
  29. Does the property have a fitness center?
    We do have a 24 hour fitness center located in our office building.
  30. Does the property have a swimming pool?
    We have two pools on property.
  31. Does the property offer on-site recycling?
    We do have a recycling dumpster located near the maintenance shop.
  32. Are gas grills permitted at your property?
    You can have electric grills on your deck or charcoal/propane may be used at a safe distance from the building.
  33. Is there any additional storage space available at your property?
    We do have garages available for $55 a month for residents and some additional storage closets in select buildings.
  34. Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?
    No.
  35. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    If you are not home, packages will be delivered to our office.
  36. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?
    No.
